      Pros

      Great summer job for highschool/college kids. Hard work and long hours but you will make a ton of money.

      Cons

      Language barrier. Most of the full time workers dont speak much english.

      At JK, we celebrate diversity. While a portion of our employees speak English as a second language, all employees are required to be proficient in conversational English. Additionally, as a Global organization, we offer tuition reimbursement for employees who want to learn a foreign language.       Pros

      Lots of training and good customer relations in the company. Nice looking facility.

      Cons

      HR and operations are not competent. After walking into hq, the facade fades away only to show that JK Moving is just like every other moving company. JK is consolidating itself in the region while expanding with O/Os. It puts money first and people second.

      JK Moving invest in their employees in order for them to advance in their careers.

      Cons

      The moving industry has a summer peak season. Long hours but very rewarding.

      Talent Development is very important at JK Moving Services. In addition to new hire training, all of our employees have access to our employee portal where they can explore different career paths, apply for jobs, and take training. The portal has over 7,000 online courses available to employees on various topics such as customer service, MS Excel, leadership, and more. Thank you for your feedback.
