Lack of public transport to their HQ. However, that will change when the Silver Line opens.

Pros

Fast paced, focused, and gratifying work. If you like working hard, paying attention to detail, and organization then this job is for you. Every action you take counts and it actually affects peoples lives. So if youre good at what you do you see the fruits of your labor in satisfied customers. Talking to people is a huge part of this job and hearing people happy at the end of their move is a huge perk. The community within jk is great, everyone operates as a team and its a joy to come to work. The team mentality is big here and its a pleasure to work around such hardworking coworkers who are always willing to help out. Summertime provides overtime oppurtunity which is a nice addition to an already nice paycheck.

Cons

Health benefits are a tad expensive.

Thank you for your comments. JK offers two distinctly different medical plans so that employees can choose the coverage level that is the best fit for them and their families. In addition to medical, dental, and vision insurance, JK offers other great benefits such as HSA with company match, company-paid Life Insurance, annual Safe Harbor 401K contribution, Annual Profit-Sharing Plan, Paid Time Off, and Tuition Assistance.

Jk Moving Cares about its employees, and making sure everyone feels comfortable in their jobs

Cons

The Customer Service line of work is stressful in itself, because some customers might be upset. But can also be extremely rewarding when a successful move takes place, and you get a call that everything went great.
