Pros

Strong values, clear goals and expectations along with a great group of peers. Lots of autonomy and ability to control your own income.

Cons

commuting to an office to video chat another office takes a lot of time on Mondays, I would prefer to video chat from home and get back 2.5-3 hours of drive time outside of my territory every week.

Pros

Great leadership from TOP down. Growing and always forward thinking company. Willing to invest in its people and NEW equipment, trucks, etc. Focus on safety first. Profit sharing any many other great benefits.

Cons

Not too many cons, sometimes work/life balance is challenging especially during busiest summer months.
