Pros

Rapidly growing industry leader with strong commitment to good service. One of the best companies to work for in the industry.

Cons

Limited internal promotions. Overly risk-adverse and conservative. Some employees can be viewed more as expenses and liabilities than assets. Long hours including most holidays, nights, weekends.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. All open positions are posted and available to employees in the Career Center in the Employee Portal, as well as posted to the Electronic Bulletin Boards in each of the break rooms. The Moving Industry's seasonal nature means that many employees work overtime during the months between May and September. Many positions have several different shift structures available including early morning, evening, or weekends-only work. Employees can transition to a new position by speaking with his/her manager or by applying through the Career Center.

Pros

You will like your job as much as you like your manager; Friendly HR staff;

Cons

You will like your job as much as you like your manager; Very limited parking at headquarters; Poor communication and little to no accountability across business units; Lots of backstabbing across different business units -- you will be blamed for things that are not your fault because the people at fault were quick to point the finger; Upper management gives employees no warning before terminating them, at all levels and tenures;
