Strong values, clear goals and expectations along with a great group of peers. Lots of autonomy and ability to control your own income.

Cons

commuting to an office to video chat another office takes a lot of time on Mondays, I would prefer to video chat from home and get back 2.5-3 hours of drive time outside of my territory every week.

Security, fun, and demanding. Best run moving and storage company I have ever seen. Continually re investing company profits into employees, assets and community.

Cons

Some internal systems and infrastructure is straining to keep up with the success and growth of the enterprise!
