Pros
Although I was absolutely unfamiliar with how complex the moving and relocation process actually was, I've learned a great deal over the past ten years working at JK. I equate it to a house painter. People say..."I can do that myself." Once you see a professional paint your house, you say...wow, it cost a little extra, but boy did I make the right choice to go with a professional. The entire process of moving is like working in real estate, you just don't know what goes on behind the scenes. It take a lot of work and dedication to make every job execute flawlessly. Even if there are hiccups, I enjoy that people at JK always want to make it right!
Cons
JK is a great place to work - the only con - many potential employees could be overlooking the company and the industry as a career option. We need to get more people considering a career in the moving, storage, and relocation services industry!
