      Low stress work environment compared to service/hospitality jobs. Good benefits: Medical, vision, dental, short/long-term disability, flex spending, retirement matching, paid time off + holiday pay, rent discounts. Advancement & education opportunities & yearly review/raise.

      Cons

      Requires good, related job experience to secure a decent starting wage. If it wasn't for benefits, the starting pay for entry-level is barely competing with retail & restaurant wages. Recommend seeking certifications and education to secure higher wage/better position than entry-level.
