great co workers hard working people

management and supervisor positions is controlled by a group of people that take care of each others back. unsafe practices and very hazardous work environment they don't care for workers safety supervisors always put workers job quality down never good enough supervisors in the maintenance dept modify equipment testing results to conform to specs

Pros

Holidays and Overtime pay is a no-brainer. They don't seem to mind paying for it. Its definitely the biggest reason to stay on the job.

Cons

A complete lack of cohesiveness at the management level with no clear-cut agenda issued to the actual production and maintenance personnel. The lack of parts on hand, cut in stone maintenance processes and procedures as non-existent as well as the stab you in the back politics played by 90% of co-workers makes JM a hard place to look forward to each day.
