Paranoid Leadership (thanks to the Owner/CEO) so, Management will throw anyone under the Bus to save face (and/or their job). Doing superlative work resulting in high Customer Satisfaction only leads to resentment and a backlash from Mgmt.

work life balance is awful. they expect you to stay past your regular work hours for meetings. when people stopped showing up to the meeting, they changed their work hours and threatened them with write ups. most of these people have young children. department heads will never stand up for you and they don't have any back bone to stand up to the big boss. the sales department team is lead by a lawyer and a marketing guy - two people who know nothing about the industry really. big boss himself is actually very knowledgeable, but likes to micromanage. you see a lot of people come and go within a month's time
