People often say not to treat your workplace as a family but to me, JM Eagle is an exception. I felt my contributions bring value to the organization and I actually got recognition & encouragement from management in my work.

Cons

None but the company is undergoing some major changes and innovation so I hope those will help JM does what they are already good at

Enjoyed my coworkers, it took a special breed to survive.

Cons

Lost one the best plant managers. Ended up with on who would be the reason I stepped down from my QA Supervisor and eventually left
