Pros
If you speak Mandarin this can be a good company as they are currently expanding into China. Need to be able to keep your head down focus only on what is given to you and nothing else and you can have along career here.
Cons
No authority given to managers and not much more to Vice Presidents. Very punitive culture and rewards are nearly nonexistent. Loyalty is too often taken for granted, you need to have a very selfish attitude to survive.
