Pros

The Culture at JM Family is the best of any company I’ve had. Everyone truly lives the culture and follows the company values. The open door policy makes it easy to talk to anyone at any level of the company. Amazing benefits! Great bonus’ and incentives, health care & fitness facilities on site, 401k match, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement. They really invest heavily in there employees. Great work life balance.

Cons

Only con I can say is that I’ve seen a trend of employees being moved into leadership positions without being fully ready but then training is provided afterwards
