      Pros

      The company had a positive work environment and you really felt like part of a family. The benefits were good.

      Cons

      Consolidation of some of the departments to south Florida, which is not the company's fault, just a sign of the times.

      Great people to work with that are motivated to continually improve. I highly recommend JM Family as a place of employment.

      Nationwide opportuinites only availble if you are working in the field. Otherwise there are only 9 locations you can transfer to.
