Cons

You will most likely do other people's jobs. Hence, expect to wear multiple hats. Take that at your discretion if this is good/bad for you.

If you like working evenings, this opportunity was Mon-Thurs for me. I don't know if it's still hired on the same availability, but either way I was a full time student who could't continue

Cons

Assimilation and feeling accepted didn't happen in my short few months there.
