Pros

Great pay, benefits, perks, and lots of great coworkers. If you drink the Kool aid and play the game you can go far. Could be a really great opportunity for those who don't mind corporate bureaucracy and being forced to be hybrid.

Cons

The push for 3 days in office was not what I was told when I originally took the role. And I asked the HR recruiter who had reached out to me about the role. "Not even weekly" was what I was told. When they announced the RTO, I asked for an exception for remote (due to family obligations) and was turned down. Others who had no legal/family/health reason were allowed. I don't respect management that handles things like that. It was poorly implemented. When people pushed back managers were provided, and practiced, scripts of what to say to ease the employees. That isn't a family. That's dysfunctional. Also things move very, very, very slowly.

Pros

Good benefits such as health insurance and other plans.

Cons

They literally treat you like a slave. You have to work long hours to offer all sort of F & I products and cars. The commission plan is a joke and unrealistic to achieve. Those who make 6 figures in this company work 7 days a week and have to grind and receive favors from "higher-ups" who only care about numbers and money.

Pros

Great company with a great culture. The biggest pro is that working here is a great experience.

Cons

The hybrid model is the downside. If you live close to the headquarters, you must come to work a minimum of three days per week, but many people work entirely remotely because they don't live close.
