Pros

BU’s outside of the shared services are full of good people and doing the right thing.

Cons

IT and HR do not embody the 3C’s and I&A. Innovation is limited to purchasing new technologies and then spending years and redoing the work multiple times. I can’t even count how many ‘data’ projects we have started and had to redo. Those guys are living in the dark ages. HR says we have ‘open door’ policy but is purely window dressing and a tool to get naysayers on the naughty list.

Pros

The direct deposit of my pay works well. I think having a bank on site is neato.

Cons

While there has been a lot of people movement it is hard to see any positive momentum that is of greater value than the increasing IT spend. I sense the IT department is actually less effective than only 2-3 years - unclear how that is possible.

Best company I have worked for in my career. The care they have demonstrated for their associates during the pandemic is second to none. My work is dynamic challenging, I am empowered to make decision and my contributions are valued.

Cons

Since it is such a great company, associates stay for a long time which can impact timing of upward advancement.
