This is a very employee centric company that goes out of its way to make associates feel special.

Cons

Unfortunately, because it's a very large company, there is no shortage of office politics, playing favorites, and weird tribalism among departments.

Good company working in IT overall

Pros

Good company to work for however you need to set boundaries otherwise the amount of work with bleed into your day and an 8 hour day can easily become a 10-15 hour day if you don't set limits

Cons

Too much to learn all at once, they do not offer a lot of time to learn and it's a complex environment taking from at least 6 months to a year just to get your "footing"
