The company was built on a well built foundation which made a lot of happy employees until recently.

Cons

Morale, management, culture has gone from 100 to 50 within 3-5 years. It’s terrible and only getting worse.

Pros

Highly profitable, market salary, above market bonus and extras Good place to chill and the work is super simple. Hopefully I can ride this out for a long time.

Cons

Meh, after being here a while, everything seems to be the same old story. We talk like big shots but at the end of day, we barely move and can’t get much done or improved. It’s large company thinking, ‘this is how we do it’ and with the mega egos that go with that. So, not likely to change.
