      Real-life Squid game

      pay and benefits, up until last year when the good bonuses stopped it was worth the pain

      Cons

      Now that the internal management team has realized that harming each other is more effective than actually performing to get promotions and power, anarchy has set it. Its devolved into a real-life squid game, you dont know which way the threat will come from. Its turned into more about what you look like than what you can contribute.
