Core Values are followed when convenient. Bonuses are not paid to the field. The field guidebook is enforced and relieved also when convenient.

Core Values are instilled in everyone - communication, cooperation, consideration, innovation and accountability. - everyone treats everyone like family. Incentives - Hair Salon, Medical, Gym, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapy - What else do you need in a company??
