      Pros

      Amazing privately owned organization that strives to maintain the core values put into place by their founder (Jim Moran). Communication, Consideration, Collaboration, Accountability, and Innovation.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for lateral movement due to low turnover.

      Tough for New Hires to Meld

      Pros

      Great pay package and benefits. Highly profitable and stable company

      Cons

      The internal culture is hard for new hires and can be perceived as not inclusive. Long term employees don't turn over much. Almost all the turnover is in recent hires. Don't feel like your a true part of the organization for years.

      This company rocks, I have been here more than 15 years, education is strongly encouraged, management is always there for you. Associates come first, as long as you respect others, do not lie, and take responsibilities for your actions you will be fine here.
