Great benefits. Great place to retire from.

Cons

No growth opportunities, no one leaves. Heavy politics. Relationships valued over getting things done, hence they are slow to adopt and "nice" people are valued over doers which is why they have a hard time moving forward. Great at the status quo.

Great benefits, senior management cares about employees, company gives back to the community.

Cons

Company is extremely high in politics and nepotism; many places are but here it's to the extreme of extremes. The result is that it is almost impossible to grow unless you fit into one of the two categories.
