The benefits are fantastic. Every employee receives an annual bonus. There are two retirement plans. Discounts on cars are good. Great overall company culture. Lots of activities and perks for employees.

Cons

Like in all companies, management in certain departments is not great.

Salary? medical and dental are decent. profit sharing isn't a bad option but it's nothing moving in my opinion

Cons

Place seems to be very clique oriented to me. Managers giving you feedback on nothing they know about is probably the most disturbing thing I've noticed here. How can someone be in charge of my career and knows absolutely nothing of what I do on a day to day basis? Kool-aid here is strong (drink it or else) and I sense some tension here.

Great salary, great management, great benefits, great opportunities especially at the lower and middle levels of the company. Management truly cares and values associates.

Cons

Limited upward mobility beyond director. Micro-management and some over-reaction to even the slightest mistakes. Need to diversify the company a bit beyond automobile industry.
