Hard pressed to find one. They have great benefits but my mortgage payment can't be made with them

Good known company so a lot of foot traffic but that's about it

Cons

Change in pay scheduled, how can someone support their family if you only get commission, can be there the whole day and if no one buys a car you don't get paid. If not salary then you're doomed!!

Cons

Working at JM Lexus you will realize you do not have a personal life. You spend around 70 hours a week there.
