Pros
Great company philosophy by investing in their employees. Family orientated atmosphere, on the forbes list of top 100 companies to work for.
Cons
Sales people work very long hours, lots of working days wothout days off and at the time $100 per sale sometimes split with another salesperson and if sale is made and referred by service, you paid part of your comission to them too. It was not uncommon to net $37.50 before tax, for 4-5 hours with the buyer. Then, you had to hope and pray that they were satisfied with their entire experience while at the dealership cause if they filled out survey with negative feedback it would count against the salepersons annual bonus opportunities.
