Pros

Beautiful facility and a few truly good people. Part of a very large and impressive parent company with good benefits if you can stay enough years to accumulate them.

Cons

Exceptionally long hours and unreal expectations. Management has a true disconnect with the sales force and the awkwardness is quite uncomfortable. Managers move around a lot.
