Pros

Pros of working at JPI are the focus on family, culture, and professional goals. In addition you have access to all of the tools you need to be successful. Teams are made up of highly qualified "go getters", with very diverse backgrounds. Great benefits.... access to literature for personal growth, professional advancement, and a group of like minded colleagues to collaborate with.

Cons

The only Cons I would express are ones that come with implementation of new practices / procedures. After new technology is rolled out, making training a priority for specific team members to be able to execute on a high level.

Pros

Multiple open positions due to high turnover

Cons

Promotions are based on who is willing to turn a blind eye, who are management/leadership friends/alliances. Leaders over promise to convince you be on their side, just to turn around and not deliver on those empty promises. They allow harassment, targeting, slander and unethical practices towards employees. If anyone speaks up it will be covered up and nothing done to remedy it. If/When you decide to leave, you will be slandered to not only current employees but their vendors/trade partners as well.
