Pros

Most of the people are really nice and amazing to work or chat with Benefits are pretty amazing for a small business

Cons

If you haven't been there forever, no chance of growing your skillset or career My manager was not that great My job turned more into a glorified notetaker rather than an advisor/consultant to my client

Pros

The company does pay at the higher-end for many positions, However, that as shown to only incentivize the poor performers to stay as they will not find a job of that degree anywhere else.

Cons

From all accounts, JPI has steadily gone downhill over the years. They claim to 'value' people, but you will quickly find that it's not the case. As an example, recently an employee was transitioned out, and a company wide email went out telling everyone why this person was released in gruesome details.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Pros

Multiple open positions due to high turnover

Cons

Promotions are based on who is willing to turn a blind eye, who are management/leadership friends/alliances. Leaders over promise to convince you be on their side, just to turn around and not deliver on those empty promises. They allow harassment, targeting, slander and unethical practices towards employees. If anyone speaks up it will be covered up and nothing done to remedy it. If/When you decide to leave, you will be slandered to not only current employees but their vendors/trade partners as well.
