Pros
Many long term employees demonstrate it has been a good place to work over the years. Pay and benefits are in line with other good employers and overtime is available. Teamwork is stressed and technical textiles does offer an interesting work environment and a secure job. Most employees seem happy with their jobs and helpful. Investments in machinery and personnel is ongoing.
Cons
With the company expanding there is always the chance that communication will suffer along with planning. It is a fast paced environment so some of this is to be expected.
