Mostly left alone to do your work.

Cons

Not warned about asbestos exposure. Not given proper supplies to protect yourself. Staff is rude, managers are incredibly lazy. Expected to work hours that you're not scheduled, also expected to work on weekends as well as throughout the week.

Pros

Position offers great flexibility of hours, and great variety of the type of work required. Within a single day I am plumber, electrician, and Boiler technician as required.

Cons

At this time there are shortages in man-power, so quite often I must wear numerous hats simultaneously. This can make for very long days.

Great people working in the plant. Most want to do a great job and make a quality product for the customer.

Cons

Better communication is needed for associates. The associates really care about the the company and just need to be kept informed of changes before they do something wrong.
