Pros

Above average pay. Very good benefits package. Above average insurance with lower than average cost. Good working conditions. Scholarships for employee's children.

Cons

No paid sick leave or allowance for doctor visits. Points are given for missed time which is completely punitive. There should be some incentive not to miss work. Vacations: You should qualify for 2 weeks and then 3 weeks sooner than current guidelines.
