Everybody wants to make themselves look better by making you look worse. Be careful who you associate with.

Some times they decide they need you 12 hours a day 7 days a week. Next week 4 days no overtime. Next week 12 hours a day 4 days a week. Take a week unpaid off next week. H.R. is a joke and is only there to work for management against the employee. No handbook at this company. They write the policy in pencil and every employee has different rules. 1/3 rd of the machines are idle with 2/3rds of those being down for years. Every contact point on the material touches rust. Wont be long before the machines dont operate due to this. If it rains, the roof leaks onto machines. Supervisors are good but everyone above them is always looking to save a sheckel. The savings usually lead to million dollar losses
