Pros

The values that the institution support, the rules of the road, are very positive. Co-workers are really good, there is really good people.

Cons

Changed the chef in the cafeteria and the food is not so good anymore. Some managers only focused on shining and don't give credit to the employees who really do the job. Also, not all managers follow the rules of the road.

Pros

training; it's a teaching hospital. the ceo has a great vision in mind and is a great motivational speaker. the resources that are at this hospital is unmatched.

Cons

staffing issues, burnout, slow quarterly reviews for employees, pay scale, and lack of supplies are just some of the cons of working here (inpatient and outpatient).
