Good Pay, Good Call Schedule, Lots of procedures, Excellent experience, Largest family medicine program in the united states of america

Cons

It's a large program so it can be easy to get lost in the shuffle. Have to travel for some rotations.

Great benefits; PTO, medical insurance, dental insurance, etc. Fun yearly events; Carnivals, Talent shows..

Cons

Worst job to be in the food industry field. Low pay, poor management, not very friendly co-workers. No room for advancement 3% annual raise

Great People/ Team Members, Easy to move around, Every Specialty, competitive pay, great benefits, non profit, Nursing Development Support, Good Variety of Injury/Etiology, Level 1 Trauma Center

Cons

Location not the most convenient, Slower rate raise changes, Certain Specialties harder to get hired into such as ED and OR. Also, very ICU very selective in new hires.
