Pros

Accepts most insurance, including Medicaid, reaching more clients. Large building which allows most to have their own office. Other committed therapists to team with.

Cons

Required client processing forms which are way to repetitive and, in some cases, nonsensical. Mental Health Services leadership which cares more about making the agency more and more money than it does about client outcomes or respect for its qualified therapists.

Decent case load and therapy experience with free CEUs provided in house. Agency events with Jewish Holdiays being recognized.

Cons

Supervision could be better and more developmental. Pressure on maintaining X amount of clients often.
