Health insurance offsets pay Lack of effect communication Hours based on Military needs Limited advancement with unclear expectations Low Moral Management promoted with in. Do not do what your lead taught you it was probably not correct or did not follow company police/procedure.

Very laid back work environment.

Cons

Management doesn't seem to care too much about your career growth. There's also no on boarding so youre thrown straight into the fire with no very little guidance.

Cons

Management hated doing their jobs so you suffered for it. Schedule was all over the place. One week early shifts, next weeks nights, then back to early. Nights wasn't bad. Early shift was bad.
