Pros

Good 401k match and time-off policy. The work-life balance is very good - after 5 pm the office is a ghost town. Engineering workload is not very demanding outside of urgent quality issues. Very good job security.

Cons

Engineering has struggled to innovate in the past 10 years and relies mostly on repetition and CAD work to look busy. Overstaffed engineering teams lead to employees finding work to pass time rather than producing meaningful results. The IT department is understaffed but very complacent. Many business processes have not been updated since the sale from Timken due to ineffective IT management. Low performers are not held accountable and their work ethic is infecting those employees who want to make a difference.

Pros

None, company could be better in many ways. Suppose to get a bonus but you never do. Tell all kind of lies in orientation especially with helping you be successful

Cons

Work all the time, unprofessional, unorganized. This company is ridiculous or at least this location is! I heard it’s a great company to work for but doesn’t seem like it!
