Pros

Pretty good benefits, including very competitive medical and 401k match. Very dependent on individual managers for overall experience

Cons

Lots of change and uncertainty as leadership is making changes to organizational structure. Rewarding those who deliver results but are poor managers and difficult to work for is negatively impacting morale.
