Management doesn't care about employees. Decision making doesn't reflect growth for company. Company's business partners are slowly dwindling.

Lack of direction and challenging assignments, Horrible management (steering division), high turnover for electrical engineers in steering, HR and upper management do not care, and company does not value team work. Moreover, I would not recommend a female engineer working at a US branch of a Japanese company directly under a Japanese manager, especially in a specialized area; this may extend to all Americans. The assumption is you don't understand technology, you need a lot of hand holding for years before you can go at it alone, and you're unmotivated.
