Pros

Great pay with excellent health and dental benefits. On site clinic was a major contributing factor for most people working there.

Cons

Some area works long hours every day.

Pros

Great job security, you are the only person with this position. Interesting if you are a car guy Good Experience communicating with varies departments and outside vendors.

Cons

They have bad habit of posting positions internally and interviewing, but still hiring from outside. More value is put on achieved paperwork, instead of ability and experience, when trying to obtain a new position. Prefer to band aide problems, rather than fix them correctly the first time.

Team work, great leadership, challenging work, all employees encouraged to participate, processes getting better every day, promotional opportunities, shop floor based management system, process focused.

Cons

Plenty of growth, challenging schedules, older products and processes are not very repeatable.
