Great colleagues! Turnover within the offices is low. Still retains the foundation of a good company but needs to evolve to remain a good company.

Upper Management out of touch with the world of today stuck in the days of yesteryear.

Flexible working conditions. They works with you when needed for appointments and for personal time. Casual work clothes all week.

Cons

Management is a mess no real structure. Benefits keep getting lowered. The last few years the employees have more work and more responsibilities without raises.
