Cons

Salary scale not representative of similar industry jobs for like responibilities. Still has the small company mentality but with the level of sales it is time to gain more large company ideals.

Management stayed in panic mode most of the time with constantly changing programs, especially after the merger with Kenwood.

Cons

1. Salary do no commensurate with workload and responsibilities 2. Long working hours and I normally go back after 7 p.m. 3. Some employees are rude
