Great Company for fresh graduate and retirement. Team leader willing to pass task to new join member to try. Great Work life balance, work on time back on time.

Cons

Not good, if you wanna explore recent technology. Test team is terrible, cannot take on responsibility or improvement. Excuse that management give is their education level is not same as development team. This increase the work load of development team.
