Do not have to work under close supervision.

Cons

Upper management seemed to invested in putting money in their pockets. Advised only through phone calls and emails. I only saw my boss in person 3 times in 4 years! They just want you to fix the problem immediately. Little or no help is offered to accomplish that. Performance was based on customer service reviews. If you only got a few and some or all were bad the perceived conception was that the business center was not doing well.

Decent pay, health insurance paid by employer

Cons

no paid maternity/paternity leave, not much room for growth, business doesn't care about customers so they don't care when they have to unemploy everyone because they lost business, finance didn't pay contractors which then made contractors perform less and purposely sabotage business.
