Pros
Starting pay was reasonable. They were pretty new when i started (about six months) so their sprinter vans were in great condition ex: Bluetooth radia prefect ac and heat etc. plenty of hours and four days on three days off schedule.
Cons
Paid every two weeks. Being that new to home delivery as a company they were very unorganized. Scanner/gps (rabbit) rearly worked for an enitre day so most of the time you had to use gps on your presonal phone. And they required when you finished your route to go help other people so days were almost always long.
