Pros
Working at Jabbergym has been an incredible way to start my career as an SLP. They have amazing supervision and have been supportive every step of the way. The recent addition of Pointquest added to our individual benefits. Supervisors continue to be quick to offer support, materials, ideas. They allow each clinician to grow independently as well and are not overbearing. Any time there has been a difficulty, I have been greeted with kindness and support. They say, "We are family" and so far it has been a very functional family!
Cons
There are no real cons! Normal bumps here and there, but nothing that doesn't exist in other jobs. (i.e. changes to billing process, other staffing changes).
