The Jabbergym team supports each other and collaborates very well.

Everyone helps each other with no egos. Therapists of all experience levels actively reach out to each other for support with clients, improving therapeutic skills, any question or challenge they may be having. This is encouraged as well as everyone working together as a team to best help the child. It is understood that everyone continues to grow and learn best by working in an environment where it is safe to ask for advice. Management is very willing to work with placing employees in the areas they would most like to work as well as caseload concerns. Very flexible with hours and days needing to work as well as the areas wanting to work in. Open communication is sought out by management and supervisors to help support employees.
