      access to enterprise grade IT equipment to self-improve/self-educate

      Cons

      Manufacturing and don't care for the IT related roles No room to grow, no promotions available even after more then 2 years of working and providing well beyond what the role requires, no seniority or knowledge recognized, horrid management that does not care about anything beyond production and output numbers, treats high level IT compute and network diagnostics as if the employees were working unskilled labor on the assembly line and high revolve rate as people keep quitting.
