Pros
Not much as far as pros. Unless you like pretending you're still in high school forever.
Cons
Toxic work environment. All the turds are guaranteed to get away with whatever they want. The supervisors will literally do nothing and often can't even have a civil conversation amongst themselves. The departments never get along.
