Incompetent management leads to inefficient processes and procedures, a group of highschoolers in business management class could run this company better than current management. They like to overwork hard working minorities which is funny considering most of them are DEI hires themselves. Lots of manual labor required due to company being too cheap to want to hire more employees to help take the workload off, which leads to high turnover rate and constant underemployment. None of their equipment or machines ever work properly and management gets mad when you fall behind on production? Complete laughable joke this company is, specifically the Gurnee location.
